Have your property for sale but won't rent it due to the 60 day clause?

Not looking for free rent but also have the experience and RTA knowledge to take care of your property while I'm there as well as
anyone can.
Painting and reno/maintenance skills as that is one of my businesses.
Working male good physical condition .
Need to be in Vancouver for work so Vancouver only.....Broadway corridor preferable for me.
