Cinesite Vancouver is currently seeking an HR Coordinator for our people department!
The HR Coordinator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Our new coordinator will carry out responsibilities in some of the following areas: departmental development, HRIS, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and administration.
Greet employees and act as point of contact for the HR department
Post positions to job boards and social media
Pre-screen applicants and schedule interviews
Organize new hire paperwork
Complete reference checks
Provides administrative support to the HR department
Maintains employee confidence and confidentiality
Assist will HR projects, initiatives and social functions
Required skills: Reporting skills, accuracy, dependability, organization, scheduling, confidentiality,
strong verbal/written communication, supports teamwork
Experience: 1-2 years in an HR capacity
Education: Completion of at least 2 years of HR studies is desired
