About The Role:
The Customer Service Associate will help assist our Sales Department and will have the opportunity of advancement into a sales position with competitive compensation and available benefits package.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and direct all customers to appropriate areas or staff members
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls while supplying information to callers and relaying/taking messages
- Follow up customer service calls: parts pick up, appointment reminders, service visit follow-ups
- Social media maintenance
- Shipping/receiving and inventory maintenance
- Manage online orders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Automotive experience would be a definite asset (European vehicles especially)
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, MS Office Applications, Social Media)
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of customers
- Self-efficient, organized, dependable
- Must be able to effectively multi-task and stay on task under minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and as a team
