We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to add to our property management team. Looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, punctual and willing to learn our company's policies.
Hours would be 30-40 per week
You will assist our current bookkeeper and duties will include but not limited to:
Preparing and entering monthly journal entries
Maintaining monthly spreadsheets
Month end reports
Accounts payable and receivable
You must be proficient in excel and word, have experience with accounting software such as Simply or QuickBooks and fluent in English.
3 years minimum experience is required
Canadian and US bookkeeping experience is an asset
