license info: FICOM

Getting a HELOC these days has never been harder especially if you are self-employed, most self-employed make "X" and claim "Y" as income. These numbers don't work for lenders as they need a certain number to qualify under new Government regulations.

We have funds available where we take into account mostly the equity in your property and can lend on that basis.

You are given a limit up to approx 70% of the value of your home as a line of credit and then you only borrow out of this limit what you need, and only pay interest on the advanced amount.

Please contact me for more information; rates, fees, process....

Have a great day,
Neil Beaumont
